Our Thanksgiving celebrating began with a feast at Aubrey's school.
All the kids in his class dressed up like Pilgrims and the other class dressed up like Indians. The weeks leading up to Thanksgiving, his class talked about Pilgrims and Indians and how they used to live. They were all so cute (and I was impressed that Aubrey actually wore his hat and collar)!

Saying the prayer before they chow down...
Each child made a placemat and wrote something they were thankful for…he put my Mom and Dad :)
Aubrey ate his cookie first and then chugged his juice. He may have taken a few bites of his roll but he was done after that! I think Seth and I finished off the rest of his plate!
The "thankful tree". Each kid had an opportunity to write something they were thankful for on a leaf and put it on the tree during chapel time.
This year we hosted Thanksgiving at our house for the first time!! We were excited to have my family over which included my Mom and Dad; my sister and her family; and my aunt Betsy and Grandma. It was a great excuse to get a dining room table! We had a farm house table made by this guy.
It was fun using our china too.
Everyone pitched in and brought a dish and everything turned out delish! The turkey was awesome (thanks to Mom who brought it).

Afterwards, we had fun outside shooting bows and arrows.
A picture of the bump (approx. 23 weeks)...
Family picture minus the crazy 3 year old who refuses to be in posed pictures...
Group photo minus Betsy, the photographer, and Aubrey, the picture hater.
Later that day, we went to the O'Neal Thanksgiving gathering where Aubrey enjoyed wrestling with his older boy cousins and Kate wanted to harass play with the cats.
It was a great Thanksgiving!
