Back in August (where did September go?!), we took a family trip to Orange Beach with the Thomas clan. It was a fun reunion and good quality time with the whole group (minus Seth's brother, Scott). We were all really looking forward to this trip since everyone was, literally, all over the world this summer. It was a great finale to a fun summer!
Aubrey takes after his Mama, he did not like the annoying messy sand. He would hold his hands out and try to "dust" them off. Poor kid. After a few days, he was not as bothered by it.
Aubrey loved the seagulls. He started saying "bird" before the trip so he got to use it a lot while we were there.
Each night we played Mexican Train. If you have not played this game before, it is a fun one! I think I finally learned the rules and can actually strategize after losing horribly all week to these guys.
The picture above is of a school/family/group (?) of dolphins. They put on an amazing show! And it was free! I got to watch it all from the balcony of our condo. On this particular day, there must have been 20 or so of them. They were jumping and flipping and playing. So amazing to watch God's creation in it's natural environment.

Aubrey recently got to return to the beach withOUT us! Oh what a life!
We are so thankful to have wonderful families who love to spend time together and enjoy each other's company.
