Our little man is talking so much! He is making goo- sounds now. He loves to say da-da and has started to say ma-ma some. The boy won't stop blowing raspberries! It is really funny.
Aubrey is good at getting around via crawling (he is really fast!) but still gets bumps and bruises occasionally (darn hard wood floors). He is now scaling the furniture and walls and will walk behind a few of his toys.
Aubrey's first snow! We had a great snow storm that went through and I think we ended up with 3 inches of snow! Since Aubrey had been sick, we did not get out to play in it. We snapped these few pics and then ran back inside. I praying next year it happens again so we can go sledding and play in it!!
We experienced Aubrey's first illness. He had a double ear infection. Since he started antibiotics, I gave him his first taste of yogurt! Just like everything else we have given him, he loved it!
Another fun thing Aubrey is getting better at waving. We have also been working on baby sign language. We've only been working on "more". I am hopeful that it will happen soon! (I'm not sure exactly how to teach him to do it so I may be way off. Let me know if you have any experience!)
His nap times have gone down to 2 a day (some days he gets a third cat nap if he needs it). He transitioned really well in just a few days. We have finally combatted the 45 minute intruder!! Hooray! I realized the sound machine we used to put him down with was turning off after 45 minutes. I didn't use it for a few days just to see what would happen and viola he slept for an hour or hour and a half! He is such a good little sleeper! Thank you, Lord!
I switched Aubrey's formula this month because he was spitting up and getting really gassy. He is on Gentlease and he tolerates it much better. He still receives one feeding a day of breastmilk.
This month we also started bathing Aubrey without his baby tub! He loves the water and the freedom to play in the big tub! I can't wait for summer. He is going to have so much fun swimming!
