This baby is starting to act more and more like a little boy every day! He is sitting up, trying to crawl, and get into anything that is within two feet of him! Lord, help me when he actually starts to crawl!
He is SO observant and likes to take in his surroundings. This makes it very difficult to nurse him! I got mastitis again this month :( Boo!! So, I am weaning him. He has started taking formula and done ok with it so far. I hope to have him weaned by the end of the year. Thankfully, he will still be able to get mom's milk for a few more months from my stock.
Little guy is a good eater. He is now eating prunes, apples, bananas, pears, and blueberries in addition to his vegetables and cereal. We have increased how much he gets because he loves it so much.
He enjoys going on walks. We have had to bundle him up for those cold fronts that have been blowing through. We received an early Christmas gift...a jogging stroller! So we have been putting it to good use!
We went to Lake Charles for Thanksgiving. It was nice to get away for almost an entire week!

Emerson did the same thing nursing when she got to his age...I would drape a blanket over her so that she "had to focus" :)
