5 Months

This was a big month for Aubrey!! The pediatrician said he was ready for solids. (I don't think I was though!) So, we started with cereal and he loved it. He loves to eat!! He always wants more!!

He also mastered rolling this month. He is rolling from his front to his back and vice versa. He doesn't do it often but he enjoys the change in scenery. 

Seth has picked up tennis as a new hobby since it doesn't take up as much of his time as some of his other hobbies! He played in a tournament one weekend and his sister, Phoebe, came to play as well. Aubrey and I managed to catch a few games. It was pretty hot that weekend so I stripped him down so he would be a little cooler. As you can see, he enjoyed it! Typical boy!

 We were super excited to pull out his activity jumper. The box said it was for 4 months. He wasn't quite tall enough for it yet so we had to put some support underneath! hehe You can also see he has a pillow behind him. He needed some support around him as well because he didn't quite have enough abdominal strength to get him forward!

He is still sleeping well from 8 to 6:30. He naps 4 times a day for about an hour.

 We were able to go to the condo in Orange Beach again. We were not looking forward to the drive so we decided to leave at night and bring some friends along to help with the drive. Aubrey did just like he was supposed to and slept the whole way through. We left around 7PM and got to Orange Beach around 3AM. We only had to stop once! Aubrey did wake up wen we arrived at the condo. When we laid him down in the pack & play, he just started talking as we laid in bed exhausted. It was the sweetest thing but I was nervous he wasn't going to go back to sleep! After 10 minutes, he fell back asleep. 

 Aubrey loved the water and swimming in the ocean. He is going to be a little fish in the water next year. 

It's the most wonderful time of the year! It's fall! And that means the weather is cooling off and the Revel! My favorite! We ran into Valerie and Carter while we were there. 

Aubrey is growing out of his 3 month clothes and wearing size 2 diapers. Seth and I feel like he changes every week. He is growing so fast!!
