This little boy has changed so much in just one month! He started cooing more and picking up more sounds. My favorite is when I say "I love you" and he responds in his own sounds.
He also started smiling at Seth and me whenever he sees us. Talk about making your heart melt.
Our favorite time is changing his diaper. This is when he is most talkative and interactive.
He has done a lot better about tummy time. He will work it out for a minute and then lay there sucking on his hands. A few times he would try to fall asleep.
Yep, he found his hands! Seth and I know it is inevitable that he will be a thumb sucker....we both were thumb suckers till about 3rd grade. We can always tell when he gets his hand to his mouth because we will hear a LOUD sucking/smacking sound.
We took Aubrey on his first vacation to the beach! We went to the Thomas' condo in Orange Beach for a few days. The drive was a LONG one and it almost killed us. (Still adjusting to life with a baby!) but we had a great time. He went swimming for the first time and laid out on the beach. He couldn't see the ocean very well because it was so bright, he squinted or closed his eyes the whole time.
He grew so much this month. He started the month in 3 month clothes and size 2 diapers. By the end of the month he was outgrowing both of them. I noticed my arms are getting more muscle tone also!
I went back to work the end of July working part-time. I was nervous at first but it was an easy transition. My mom is watching Aubrey for us. We are SO thankful to have her care for him and he is really enjoying her!
Aubrey is a good sleeper. He has been sleeping through the night (10P-6/7A) since the day he turned 2 months. Praise the Lord!

Okay, this little man has grown up so much since I saw him what just a month ago?? He looks like such a big little boy in that last picture! SO cute.
He has changed so much and seems to really be growing!!! Isn't it nice having a family member take care of him! I'm so thankful for Phillip's mom watching E!
Btw, I loved your last post on motherhood. There has been nothing else in this life that has taught me so much about dying to self than having a child!
Are yall going to any Tech games? We are going to try and make at least one. Maybe we can get together...
